Shipping policy

Fast and Secure Delivery:

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their German Studio and to the UK from their London Studio.

Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery.

Delivery Time:

Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending of course, on your location!

Estimated Average Shipping Times:

• Europe: 3-5 Business Days
• USA & Canada: 7-10 Business Days
• Rest of the World: Up to 15 Business Days

COVID-19 Delays

Due to the current pandemic there may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes.

Rest assured we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible.

In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact hello@paulafernley.co.uk and we will investigate where your shipment is.
