Directions

We are not yet on Google Maps in exactly the right place as our estate is very new! If you want to use Google Maps, first download and install the app What3Words. Our address is leap.forensic.skips then you can connect via the usual navigation apps.

If you are coming from the M5 or A30, follow signs from J29 to the Science Park and you will be getting close. Once off the A30, take the second left into Anning Road. Drive over lots of speed bumps, then turn right into Stone Barton and immediately left into Shale Row. (The estate is called Minerva. Our bit is finished and lovely.)

Follow Shale Row to its end, across the staggered crossroads into Flint Field Way. We are No4, and we are the corner plot on the right hand bend. You can park outside the front door or on the drive at the rear if there is no room at the front.

Travel past Aldi towards the A30 and M5. Follow the road around sweeping right hand bend to traffic lights, do not turn off. Continue straight on up the hill to the next roundabout, where you take the first exit into Tithebarn Way. Travel past houses and over the M5. As you descend the hill, you will see our estate (Minerva) at the bottom on the left. After the Show Homes, turn left into Stone Barton Road, and immediately left again into Shale Row. Follow Shale Row to its end, across the staggered cross- roads into Flint Field Way. We are No4, and we are the right right corner plot on the right hand bend. You can park outside the front door or on the drive at the back if there is no room at the front.
