FAQs
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space.
Prints will be shipped worldwide from their German Studio and to the UK from their London Studio. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending of course, on your location!

- Rest of the World: Up to 15 Business Days
COVID-19 Delays
Due to the current pandemic there may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible.
In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact hello@paulafernley.co.uk and we will investigate where your shipment is.
Christmas 2021 order deadlines.
International orders, order before midday on the 10th December to receive before Christmas.
UK orders, order before midday on the Wednesday 22nd December to arrive before Christmas.
We are very proud to say that our prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end of the production cycle.
This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of our print studio partner The Print Space UK, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process.

Our photographs are printed on Giclee Hahnemulle Bamboo paper. This Is the first digital fine art inkjet paper made of bamboo.
Bamboo represents a resource saving paper production method.
It has lovely warm tones, a smooth matt surface and is free from optical brightners and offers maximum longevity.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied we will happily replace your print order after the old one has been torn up and recycled as well as the certificate.
Most prints are standard ratios for universal framing options.
We will provide you with recommendations for where to get your larger prints and panoramas framed with UV museum quality acrylic glass and custom frames.
You can pay via Paypal and Shopify Credit Card Payments. Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure. If you’d like to pay directly with a credit card, Paula Fernley Photgraphy’s store is partnered with Shopify Payments.

They will uphold the test of time and they will be a statement piece for your home or office.
It is best to hang them away from direct sunlight for the best longevity results.
Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you would like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you will have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange.
You just need to cover the shipping charge. You will need to contact us at hello@paulafernley.co.uk within that time period.
The print tube shipping packaging is extremely tough and capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
We will need to have photo evidence of the damage to the art work to process your replacement.
In order for this to happen just send an email with an image of the damaged packaging, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to hello@paulafernley.co.uk and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
We will happily cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied.
The print series ‘My Wild Life' has a limited edition quantity in each size. You can see detailed information on the editions on the product pages.
Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again. This is it and we will need to get to work to produce other prints!
Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
